View Your Order History

To view all your past and current orders:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account > Order History
3. View order details, status, and invoices

Track Your Shipment

Track your order in real time:

1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation with tracking number
2. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates
3. Or log in to your account and click on your order to view tracking details

Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at Bargamount@gmail.com or call (347) 365 3665
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions and authorization
4. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery
